Aonair Wines is a boutique winery located in Napa Valley, California. The winery is known for producing limited quantities of high-quality, handcrafted wines. The word “Aonair” is Gaelic for “one man,” representing the winemaker’s commitment to crafting wines with meticulous attention to detail.
Aonair Wines focuses on small-lot, single-vineyard wines sourced from select vineyards in Napa Valley. The winery also specializes in Cabernet Sauvignon and produces other varietals such as Chardonnay and Syrah.
While Aonair Wines is not as well-known as some of the larger wineries in Napa Valley, it has gained a reputation for producing exceptional wines. The winery’s philosophy emphasizes sustainable farming practices and minimal intervention in the winemaking process, allowing the unique characteristics of the vineyards to shine through in the final product.

Another fantastic boutique winery is Reverie. Located in the St. Helena appellation of Napa Valley. Beautiful Bordeaux-style wines are produced here. Reverie II – The 26-acre hillside estate, situated at the base of Howell Mountain, boasts sweeping views of vineyards and the Mayacama Mountains to the west.
Due to their limited production, Reverie II is focusing on gathering memberships. Well worth the trip of the beaten path for wine collectors & lovers.

CIMAROSSA VINEYARDS – Above the fog
Cimarossa Vineyards (Red Hilltop) is a 15 acre, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon producing family vineyard on top of Howell Mountain. The vineyards are situated on the slopes of Howell Mountain (AVA in Napa Valley), which is known for it’s volcanic soils and higher elevation, providing unique growing conditions for producing distinctive red wines.
Small-lot, handcrafted wine by wine maker Mia Klein, that showcase the terroir of the Howell Mountain region. This one does not disappoint. While not open to the general public, by appointment you may be able to travel through the vineyards with a Polaris Ranger ATV on a guided, informative tour & tasting. A beautiful, private tasting on top of the mountain.
